The paper deals with the possibility of restructuring the health systems affected by the Covid-19 pandemic according to minimum legal standards of human rights while taking into account the distribution of jurisdictions among WHO, European institutions and States.
Il contributo si interroga sulla possibilità di ristrutturare i sistemi sanitari colpiti dalla pandemia da Covid-19 secondo standard legali comuni propri dei diritti umani tenendo conto, al contempo, del riparto di competenze fra OMS, istituzioni europee e Stati.
